Dynatech has a reliable and proven rigid graphite felt design for insulating the thermal chamber of these furnaces with graphite foil facing on the hot face.
Dynatech is fully qualified and experienced with All Metal Radiation Shield Insulation design, manufacture and assembly – understanding the unique strengths of this shield system and also it’s engineering limitations.
Dynatech furnaces are designed for use upto 1,400 C (2,500 F) with a tight uniformity control (default Class II with option for Class I qualification).
Dynatech is fully geared to come up to the demanding leak tightness requirements of the vacuum furnaces for aerospace brazing requirement – it has demonstrated vacuum leak rates of even upto 1 micron/ Hour.
Dynatech vacuum furnaces provide partial pressure facility to suppress braze material vapor pressure problems.
Dynatech vacuum furnace vessels are designed and manufactured as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1.
Dynatech provides double walled carbon steel and even stainless steel vessels, if required.
Dynatech vacuum furnaces are equipped with internal heat exchanger and cooling fan with motor. Argon gas cooling flow from front to rear of the thermal chamber across load rack ensures quick cool down for appropriate braze bond formation.
Dynatech is familiar and has designed vacuum furnaces that meet or exceed specifications like BAC 5904, AMS2678, AMS 2675G etc.
Dynatech vacuum furnaces comply with AMS 2750 Pyrometry.
Dynatech has sufficient experience and expertise in design, manufacture and maintenance of high vacuum requirements of the aerospace brazing needs (order of 10-5 torr or better) using either Varian or Leybold make Diffusion Pumps.
Dynatech vacuum brazing furnace enable compliance with AS 9100 Quality System for it’s end users to enable their complying with aerospace MRO companies requirements.
All Dynatech vacuum furnaces are provided with PC based SCADA Control System and or with Touch Screen Control System with Remote Access and Trouble Shoot facility.
