Dynatech Furnaces was incorporated as a private limited company and been in business since 1985 mainly in manufacture of Production Vacuum & Atmosphere Furnaces with a manufacturing facility in Ambernath, near Mumbai.

**For Vacuum Furnaces, Dynatech had a technical collaboration with TAV of Italy (collaboration ceased after 1998) and for Atmosphere Furnaces Dynatech had a technical collaboration with Solo Furnaces of Switzerland (this collaboration is also ceased since 1998)

Since 1997, Dynatech has been marketing Vacuum Furnaces in USA/ Canada/ UAE/ Germany/ Ukraine etc. and in 1999 Dynatech incorporated Dynatech Furnaces, Inc. in MA state (100% of Dynatech USA is owned by Dynatech India). Dynatech USA has over 7 vacuum furnaces installed in USA and Canada, 2 units in UAE, 2 units in Ukraine, 1 unit in Germany etc.

Dynatech is the only and largest Production Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace manufacturer in India and offers vacuum furnaces with capability of 2400 F (1320 C), 10-bar pressure quench facility, convective heating facility and high vacuum level facility. All Dynatech vacuum furnaces are offered with PC based SCADA Control System with Remote Access Software.

**Dynatech along with Ionitech Ltd, Bulgaria offers it’s customers a range of sophisticated state of the art Plasma (Ion) Nitriding Furnaces and Dynatech represents Ionitech Ltd’s business interests in India and Far East Markets like China/ Singapore/ Malaysia/ Indonesia/ Vietnam etc.

**Dynatech also offers a range of Walking Beam Furnaces – Oil and Gas Fired for heat treatment and heating applications of Coiled Spring Bars/ Stabilizer Bars/ CNG Gas Cylinders/ Seamless Tubes etc. It has supplied such a unit to Mitsubishi Steel main Chiba facility in Tokyo apart from many clients in India and UAE.

Dynatech has an administrative, marketing & design office in Andheri (E), Mumbai (close to both the domestic and international airports of Mumbai and also adjacent to Andheri Railway Station).

Dynatech has 11,000 square feet owned assembling & testing facility at MIDC Additional Ambernath and in addition leases a 55,000 square feet facility in the same MIDC Ambernath.

Dynatech India will have sales revenue in excess of RS. 15+ Crore (approximately US$ 4.0 Million) for year ending March 2007.
